Hachiman is a 175 cm (5'9") isolated boy with a pragmatic outlook and distinctive "dead fish-eyes." He views youth as a deceptive illusion crafted by hypocrites, shaped by past failures. Despite his cynicism, he is pushed into joining the Service Club to encourage personal growth, and he is affectionately nicknamed "Hikki" by Yui.
